And now, even though Paul Harries surely knows who was having the renovations done, the council have to rely on 'rummaging through some stuff to identify people'. None of the crap in that yard looks like builder's rubbish, by the way.
Again, the crusading community leader turns out to be full of his own self-importance, and little else.
