This poster seems to have incurred the wrath of TiG, so his/her comment has been removed (albeit noumenal is a bit of a spammer). Probably not the first deletion, I'll warrant...
If readers see other comments, and notice them also disappearing, while still open in another window, can they post them here as well? No need to register, and unlikely that my standards are going to be as strict as TiG and their anonymous plaintiffs

“Flashman's LibDem poodle (with all due respect to poodles) has no respect for wildlife whatsoever, and will doubtless toe the line when Flashman tries to overturn the Hunting Act.
80% of TB transmission is caused by the farmers themselves, moving their 'stock' around the country. This will continue. The farmers caused this disease initially by their maltreatment of cattle. The following are some of the crimes – legal or otherwise – committed by this vile industry:
Removing calves at birth from their mothers.
Sending bull calves at 9 to11 weeks of age across land and sea in all weathers as part of the live export industry on journeys lasting 60 hours or more.
Mechanically impregnating cows on an annual basis, leaving them no time to recover.
Genetically selecting certain breeds such as the commonly used Holstein cow, to maximise milk production at the expense of the animals' welfare. Many of
these animals have udders dragging on the ground, and most of them suffer from mastitis.
Pumping them with drugs and antibiotics to counter the inevitable diseases that result. The dispensary attached to most dairy farms is the size of your average chemist's shop
Preparing animals for agricultural shows by pumping gas into their deflated udders and sealing them with super glue..
Swapping name tags from sick valuable animals to healthy less valuable ones
Deliberately infecting their herds with TB in order to gain compensation.
Does any civilized person which to be associated with this industry, especially in a society where there is an abundance of healthy alternatives to both meat and milk?”
