Meant to say this for a while, but never quite found the time.
I had the (IMO, fairly clueless*) chairman of the Barton & Tredworth Neighbourhood Partnership requesting that I take down any sites using the partnership's name a couple of months back. I haven't, because a) I did a heap of work on those sites, for very little thanks (though the committee was happy to let them exist, after an initial strop), and I'm not throwing all that work down the drain, and b) as far as I'm aware the partnership never copyrighted the name, so good luck taking action against me for doing something they have never lifted a finger to do, even now.
What I have done, though, is elected not to use those sites until the committee comes to its collective senses. for that reason, and that reason only, I'm currently, and for the forseeable future, using this site to discuss ward affairs, such as the mosque application. If anyone wants to raise a B&T-related issue that I haven't already done, feel free. It isn't necessary to register, or even pick a name. 'Guest' will do.
