This is the text version of a notification for an event organised by Gloucester City Homes last month, which is no longer accessible on the home page. No-one turned up for it but me, and when I asked what happened, I was told by Simone Curran that GLC knew nothing about a 'St Catherine's Court', apart from in Cheltenham (it's actually St Catherine Court, but they got it wrong too).
Getting GLC to answer a simple question is like pulling nails. I suspect that they just don't want to admit that the walkabouts weren't working anymore (because they weren't properly advertised?), so they switched to 'door-knocking' exercises (also poorly advertised, but they got to control the feedback in the form of a newsletter, rather than have properly notified residents challenging GCH officers about problems en masse, which used to happen with walkabouts, years back).
This is the Events Calendar for GLC. It used to be heavy on the Champion Events side, but not so much now. Keep an eye out for something in February, perhaps...

multi-agency action plans to create improvements.
We will be visiting the area to identify issues that need
attention, complete a survey <#> to find out residents' views on the
area. We will agree an action plan and issue a newsletter to
residents with the results of the event.
